Here at Dynamic Marketing Group, we are always seeking new ways to help motivate and keep our team members on the right track.

This week, we came across some really good pointers and life lessons of other entrepreneurs. I put together a list of 15 different things that can help get you moving in the right direction of becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Fall in love with all the hard work. It pays off.

Your business won’t work unless you do.

The more you that you show, the more your business will grow.

 Act on your inspiration sooner. Much sooner.

 Don’t worry about getting "there"; the journey is the reward.

 Find a mentor sooner than later. This person will help you learn the way on the way.

ETT of the week!

Each week, every rep at Dynamic Marketing Group gets to vote on who they think worked the hardest and who deserves the title of "Executive Team Trainer (ETT) of the Week".

This week we are happy to announce Marcus Clark as the ETT of the week! Marcus has always been a go-getter and makes sure he stays involved in the growth of the company. He works with new employees and helps train them on how to be successful with our company. It is not easy training new reps, retaining the account executives and still maintaining high numbers and hitting your daily goals.

It is no wonder why Marcus was able to secure the spot of ETT of the week. This is not his first time earning the title of ETT of the week either!

Announcing Daniel Mastropietro: ETL Promotion!

 

 

This week we are excited to announce Daniel Mastropietro's Executive Team Leader (ETL) Promotion!! Daniel started working with Dynamic Marketing Group in May 2015 as an Account Executive. He quickly earned his first promotion to Executive Team Trainer in just two weeks. After a couple more weeks of hard work and dedication, he earned his second promotion to Executive Team Leader. He is now one step closer to running his own business!

He is double majoring at the University of Toledo in Business and Marketing. He is able to apply what he learns in school, to his work ethic at the office. Daniel is always professional and stays on track. As an entrepreneur, you will always face challenges. It is how you handle and work through them that determines your success. So far Daniel has been able to push through any obstacle and has become one of the highest earning reps this year!

He is now pushing for his next promotion to Assistant Director. He is just two steps away from running his own business! We have no doubt that he will be able to secure a Director role before summer 2016.

Congrats again Daniel on all of your hard work with DMG. We are excited to see you grow with our organization over these next couple of months!

Announcing Shelby Hieber: ETT Promotion!

Last week Dynamic Marketing Group had another promotion! Shelby Hieber started with DMG two weeks ago as an Account Executive. After completing her training, she was excited and felt confident about going solo. After just two days of being solo, she was promoted to Executive Team Trainer. She is now the record holder for the quickest to become promoted to ETT!!

Shelby was born and raised in the Toledo area. She completed school in 2013 and has been working full time since. Having a background in customer service and working with people, it is no wonder why she has done great with our company. She displays excellent communication skills, is always professional and she represents the company in a very positive way. She is always happy and ready to crush her daily goals.

Her plan with Dynamic Marketing Group, is to be promoted to a Director role within the next 8 months. Her goal is to expand her business to Chicago Illinois.
She always wanted to go to Chicago, but now that she is working for DMG, she has the perfect opportunity to become her own business owner and re-locate to the windy city and make her dreams a reality.

We are excited to have Shelby be a part of our team. Not only is she good at what she does, she has the vision on how to get herself to the next step. She understands what it means to be a true entrepreneur and that's exactly the kind of people we like to have on our team!

Office Night at Sidelines!

As most of you know, every Thursday Dynamic Marketing Group gets together for office night. Tonight everyone will be getting together at Sidelines in Toledo to grab a bite of food and play beach volleyball!

DMG is always growing. Each week we average 5-8 new starts that join our award winning team. By having office night once a week, it allows everyone to get to know each other better and form a good bond. These past few days have been hotter than usual, so what's better than being able to unwind with cold drinks, good food and a good game of volleyball?

Director Refresher

This week all of the directors of the company will be getting together at our corporate headquarters for our Director Refresher.

The Director Refresher allows all of Management to get together and discuss important information that is crucial to our success with One Source Provider, and as entrepreneurs. It gives everyone a chance to refresh their minds and get motivated to grow and run their office to the best of their ability.

It is always a pleasure hearing people like Dean (CEO) and Carlos (VP of Sales) speak. They both know exactly how to get you in the zone and completely focus on what is important. They help teach individuals how to grow personally and professionally.

Announcing Rebekah Freshour: ETT Promotion!

This week DMG has another promotion! Congratulations to Rebekah Freshour on becoming our newest Executive Team Trainer (ETT)!

Rebekah started with DMG in the beginning of July. She trained with one of our top reps and was able to absorb lots of useful information. She applied everything that she learned to the field and was able to become promoted from Account Executive to ETT in just 3 days of going solo!

Rebekah always has a smile on her face and has had a great attitude since day one! Her willingness to learn and grow professionally has helped her be successful with our company. If you have never done marketing or sales, it can be intimidating at first. But she has proved that she can do extremely well in a challenging field.

Here at DMG, we make sure to provide each and every one of our employees with all the tools they need to be successful. We seek individuals that are open minded and have a never-ending willingness to learn, grow and improve. Not only professionally but personally as well.

Announcing Nichole Bartz: ETT Promotion!

This past weekend we had a couple new promotions here at Dynamic Marketing Group! Nicole Bartz is one of the few that earned a promotion!

She started with DMG at the end of June as an Account Executive. After just one week of going solo, she was promoted to Executive Team Trainer!

This is her first job in the marketing field, but she has great communication and customer service skills. She is always professional, on time and consistent with her work. When she completed her training, we knew she would hit the ground running!

We are happy to have Nicole be a part of our award winning team. We feel that she has a great future with our company and we are excited to see her earn her next promotion!

Office Night with the Top Reps

Every week Dynamic Marketing Group gets together for office night. We believe that it is a good way for everyone to stay involved and get to know each other better. Our office is more like a family than just employees. And we believe in not only working hard but playing harder.

Life can be stressful, work can be hard. There will always be ups and downs. Everyone getting together to hang out outside of the office is like a breath of fresh air. It allows us to take a step back from work and be able to relax and enjoy company of people that are like minded and share the same goals!

This week, Jacob Conine (Office Director), is treating some of his top reps to a nice dinner. Jacob knows how important positive recognition is to keeping someone on track. When someone goes above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized, and we like to give back to that person for their hard work.

Tonight he will be taking out Terrance Jones (Executive Team Trainer) and Adam Dohm (Executive Team Leader) to Sakura Japanese Steakhouse. For those of you who have been there, already know that it is a fun atmosphere and the food is delicious. For those of you who haven't been- give it a try!! You wont be disappointed!

We would like to say thank you to all of our hard working reps! If you continue to push and stay focused, you will be able to go far with our company. Everyone here has the same opportunity, and we are here to help each and everyone of you succeed!

Office Night at Sky Zone!

Dynamic Marketing not only knows how to work hard but play even harder. Last week everyone got together for office night at Sky Zone in Toledo Ohio. It was a nice way to not worry about work or any outside stress, and let our inner child out to play!

If you have never been to SkyZone, it is the worlds first trampoline park. They were voted the number one “out of the box” workout! It is a fun way to stay active and healthy. We recommend it to anyone at any age!

Announcing Jake Remington: ETT Promotion!!

We are happy to announce yet another promotion here at DMG! Jake Remington started with Dynamic Marketing Group two weeks ago as an Account Executive and quickly earned his promotion to Executive Team Trainer!

Jake is currently attending the University of Toledo. He is majoring in Marketing and Professional Sales. He will be graduating in the Spring of 2016. His major goes hand-in-hand with our business, which is one of the many reasons why he has been so successful here with our company.

He always has a great attitude and is always fun to be around. We believe Jake is on his way to becoming an Office Director for our company. He has the tools and determination that it takes to get there.

His goal is to make it to Office Director before he graduates from UT. At his current pace, he will have no issues making that a reality.

Announcing Brittany Matriciano: ETT Promotion!!

This week Dynamic Marketing Group is happy to announce another promotion!! Brittany Matriciano started with DMG in May as an Account Executive. She has now been promoted to Executive Team Trainer!

This is her first job in the marketing and sales field. She was ready for a challenge and she gave it her all. She shows up for work early and stays late whenever necessary. One of her favorite things about working here at DMG is the atmosphere and the games that get everyone involved.

Working for DMG is like hanging out with a bunch of good friends who are all on the same mission as you.

We have lots of other Account Executives on the verge of being promoted, so keep an eye out!!

Soles4Souls is a global not-for-profit institution dedicated to fighting the devastating impact and perpetuation of poverty through the distribution of shoes and clothing.

Through the collection and sale of used (and new) clothing and shoes, Soles4Souls helps create self-sustaining jobs that generate desperately needed revenues throughout those communities. The sale of footwear and apparel to support micro-jobs also provides the majority of funding to sustain Soles4Souls operations and further expand its donations of new shoes and clothing.\

Announcing Shelby Mendoza: ETT Promotion!!

Dynamic Marketing Group is starting off the week strong! We are happy to announce that one of our newest Account Executives is being promoted!

Shelby Mendoza started with DMG two weeks ago as an Account Executive and just got promoted to Executive Team Trainer. She was born and raised in Ohio near Toledo. This is her first job in the marketing industry and she was a little nervous at first. After two weeks on the job and learning more about DMG, she hit the ground running and has really enjoyed being in the field. One of her favorite things about working for Dynamic Marketing is the atmosphere. She enjoys being able to come in and have fun with all of her co-workers!

DMG likes to start the morning off with a meeting to get everyone motivated for the day. We also play good music and play fun games to get everyone in a happy, positive mindset. When you work face to face with customers every day, you should be able to transfer your positive, enthusiastic attitude to your prospect.

Shelby always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face! We are confident that at her current pace, she will be able to reach her next promotion within the next few weeks!

Cedar Point Trip

Every summer, Dynamic Marketing Group gets together for a day trip to Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky OH.
Now that the summer is approaching and we're becoming surrounded with sunny warm weather, we are all getting excited about our annual summer trip to Cedar Point!

We now have a solid new group of Account Executives, so we are excited to spend time together and show them that DMG is unlike any other job.

DMG can come together like a family, have fun and enjoy each others company outside the office!

Visit from Direct Energy

This week Dynamic Marketing Group had a visit from one of our clients,  Direct Energy!

Ian from Direct Energy pops in from time to time to speak with our reps. He goes over quality assurance to make sure everyone has a full understanding of what they need to be doing to be successful with our company. He explains the opportunity and allows our reps to see the big picture.

He provides every employee with the tools not only to get their job done, but to get it done with the highest of quality. He hands out top quality iPads, and gear from Nike.

Ian also had a special announcement and went over the Vegas TPR Competition. Aside from the Vegas Trip we are going on through our corporate office (OSP- One Source Provider) on September 11th, Direct Energy is also rewarding any top performers to go to Vegas again towards the end of September. If you are currently employed here with DMG, that means you are eligible to go to Las Vegas not only once in September, but TWICE.

It is always nice to have Ian from Direct Energy come by to refresh everybody on the opportunities available to them and answer any questions they have.

Everybody is excited about Summer and Fall 2015- DMG will be doing big things, so keep your eye out!!

New Competition!! What is the prize??!

Dynamic Marketing Group likes to keep things up beat and fun in the office. Every month we run different competitions to keep our reps motivated and focused.


For the month of June:

The office as a whole must hit 1250 aps.

We will then raffle off a 50 inch flat screen SmartTV!


The goal is high, but there is no reason why we cant make it happen! Lets continue to push and finish the month strong!

Announcing Marcus Clark: ETT Promotion

This week we have yet again, another promotion!! Congrats to Marcus Clark on becoming Dynamic Marketing Groups newest Executive Team Trainer!

Marcus has been on fire since he started here at DMG last week. Every single day, he puts fourth his full effort and always achieves his daily goal, if not surpasses it!

He knows exactly how to work smart and utilize all of the tools given to him to succeed. In less than two weeks, he was promoted from Account Executive (AE), to Executive Team Trainer (ETT). He is now starting to train new employees and teach them his techniques. We are happy to have Marcus be a part of our team, and are excited to have him help coach new Account Executives and fellow ETTs.

Dynamic Marketing is always searching for people who are hungry for success and have a true entrepreneurial mindset. And we feel Marcus has just that!

BIG PROMOTION! Jacob Conine, Office Director

Dynamic Marketing Group sees promotions every single week. As most of you know, we are a company that promotes from within. It is always exciting to see our reps make their way into different levels of business with us.

This week, however, we have a big promotion. This is a promotion that we always get excited to announce.

Going from entry-level Account Executive to running your own office as an Office Director, is a huge accomplishment. This isn't something you just wake up to. This is something you work hard for. You have to come in every single day, work your smartest, stay focused and most importantly, never give up. 

Jacob Conine of Dynamic Marketing Group is our companies newest Office Director. He is only 21 years old and is already running his own business! How many people can say they started their own business by 21? Or even know people that have? Not many. But with this business, it is absolutely possible!!

Jacob started with DMG last spring (one year ago). He was promoted to Executive Team Trainer within his first month and promoted to Executive Team Leader within two months. Jacob began training new employees on customer service, sales techniques, and how to keep a strong mindset in the field and set you up for success. He was then promoted to Assistant Director and worked side by side with Office Director Gerry Stolicker. He learned about running the office, conducting interviews, running morning meetings, having one-on-ones with the reps, traveling to our corporate offices for conferences, etc. He was able to absorb and retain important information about becoming not just a business partner, but a business owner.

This is just the beginning for Jacob. We are proud to have him be a part of our team and we are excited to see what more he will accomplish this year!

Announcing Adam Dohm: ETL Promotion

This week, we are more than happy to announce Adam Dohm being promoted from Executive Team Trainer (ETT) to Executive Team Leader (ETL)!!
Adam started with Dynamic Marketing Group in February and hit the ground running from day one! He proved himself to be a quick learner dedicated worker. We believe he is a true entrepreneur and is willing to put in the extra work to make his goals a reality.

Adam is a Toledo native and started as an account executive with DMG. He quickly got promoted to an Executive Team Trainer, where he helped train new employees and took on more leadership roles around the office. Adam began getting his feet wet with interviewing and managing the office in the morning. This has helped him see the bigger picture and see that there are many growth opportunities available to him.

After pushing through a bitter winter, he was able to build up a team of 5 representatives and train them on the basics. He is now working on building his team to 10 more reps and is aiming for an Assistant Director promotion within the next couple of weeks! His goal is to open his own office by the end of this year!

We believe that with his mindset and work ethic, he is on the right path to making that happen!

Congrats again to Adam Dohm on all of your hard work! We are excited to see what you will accomplish over the next upcoming months, and we are proud to have you be a part of our team!!!

Drake Jungle Tour Winner

Dynamic Marketing Group held a 3 month long competition to win tickets to the Drake Jungle Tour concert in Detroit on May 27th 2015.

The competition was based off of a performance point system.

All of our reps had the chance to work hard and receive daily and weekly points to earn a ticket to the concert. After 3 long months of hard work and dedication, Adam Dohm scored the highest points in the entire office and secured a seat at the concert!!

As you all know, DMG believes in rewarding hard work and giving recognition to those who go above and beyond!

Who doesn't love extra CASH?! Dynamic Marketing Group is rolling out another new competition to help you earn extra cash-money at the end of the week!!


How it works:

At the end of the day, whoever has the most sales/points will earn the championship belt.

The next day, anyone can knock the previous winner down and take the belt.

At the end of the week, whoever ends up with the belt earns a cash bonus!

Currently Dan Mastropietro (pictured above) is in the lead and has the belt! Who will step up and take the belt from him?!

This is a competitive, fun way to stay on track and earn yourself some extra money!! Each day we will post the employee that earns the belt! We are excited to see who will win at the end of the week!

Soles 4 Souls- Get Involved & Make a Difference!!

Dynamic Marketing Group is happy to announce that we are participating in the charity, Soles 4 Souls.

Announcing Shannon Meyers: ETT Promotion!!

Dynamic Marketing Group is excited to announce another promotion!!

Congratulations to Shannon Meyers for being promoted from Account Executive to Executive Team Trainer!

Shannon started with DMG on Cinco de Mayo! She hit the ground running and proved that if you show up on time and stay focused, you can easily get to the next level.

Shannon spent last week visiting our corporate headquarters in Dearborn MI. She was able to speak with the CEO, pick his brain and obtain some really good information. Anyone that knows Dean or has had the pleasure of speaking with him, knows that he is a very motivational speaker and can help you see the bigger picture and keep you focused!

DMG is a company that always promotes from within and seeks people with an entrepreneurial mindset that want to grow with our company. Shannon has just that and we are excited to watch her grow with our company!

Dynamic Marketing Group has been on a roll! This week, we have another promotion! Daniel Mastropietro started with Dynamic Marketing Group 3 weeks ago as an Account Executive and was just promoted to Executive Team Trainer.

Daniel is from Illinois, near Chicago. He moved to Toledo last summer to go to the University of Toledo. He is currently a freshman at UT and is studying International Business and Marketing.

Prior to Dynamic Marketing Group, Daniel was a restaurant manager in Chicago before moving to Toledo. Although he is still young, he has a strong background in customer service and management.

Daniel has been a hard, dedicated worker since day one. He is always professional and keeps a clear, positive mindset. We are excited to see his progression with Dynamic Marketing over the next couple of months!!

Announcing Alisha Thomas: ETT Promotion

Dynamic Marketing Group has another promotion this week!! Congratulations to Alisha Thomas on being promoted from Account Executive to Executive Team Trainer!!

Alisha began working with DMG the last week of April. She has been dedicated since day one. She comes to work early every morning and works until she hits her goals! With a positive mindset and never ending dedication, she will be able to earn her next promotion in no time.

Alisha is always fun to work with. She has a great attitude and sense of humor. Which only proves that "People rarely succeed, unless they have fun in what they are doing."

Cedar Point Trip!!

Every summer, Dynamic Marketing Group likes to get all of the employees together (yes I said it, ALL employees) to go on a day trip to Cedar Point. We believe in being involved with each other and having fun outside of the work place.

Assistant Director, Jacob Conine, just announced that we will be taking the trip to Cedar Point in July. For those of you that have been, know how fun it is. Cedar Point was named the "Roller Coaster Capital of the World". So for those of you who have never been, are in for a treat!!

We like to thank all of our employees for their hard work and dedication, and show them appreciation! This is just one, out of many events we do together as an office.

Announcing Wauneekia Arnholter: ETT Promotion

This week DMG had another promotion!

Wauneekia Arhholter started with Dynamic Marketing Group two weeks ago as an Account Executive. She went through basic training for her first week, and finally went solo Monday May 4th. In just 3 days, she was promoted to Executive Team Trainer (ETT).

Wauneekia has maintained a positive mental attitude since day one with DMG. She enjoys working for a company where people are positive, professional and know how to have fun!

We are very excited to have her be a part of our growing company! She is currently working on becoming an Executive Team Leader by building her team of customer service reps, so she can get to the next level of her career with DMG.

This week we have awarded Anthony Gerlach as Dynamic Marketing Groups "Executive Team Trainer of the Week"!

Revealing our next TPR (Top Preformers Retreat)

We are excited to announce that our next Top Performers Retreat will be in LAS VEGAS NEVADA!!

The companies top performers will be able to have fun and enjoy time together this September for a long weekend in Vegas!

Now that spring has sprung, we are all working hard to earn a spot on this trip! This will definitely be a trip you don't want to miss out on!

The winners and top performers will be announced at the beginning of August. So stay tuned for more information!!

Announcing Anthony Gerlach: ETT Promotion!!

Anthony Gerlach started with Dynamic Marketing Group less than 2 weeks ago and is already making waves! He was just promoted from Account Executive to Executive Team Trainer in just 10 days!

The Defiance Ohio native moved to Holgate Ohio about a year ago. He lives roughly about an hour outside of Toledo. "The hour long commute to work each day isn't so bad when you're working for an awesome company with a life changing opportunity!"

Anthony is only 21 years old and he plans to retire by the age of 30. His goal here with Dynamic Marketing Group is to be promoted to Assistant Director by October 2015. With his current pace, he should have no problems turning that goal into a reality!!

We are all excited to see Anthony's progress over the next couple of months!!

It was a great way for everyone to relax and take time to reflect on all of the hard work they have done to get them where they are today. So congrats to everybody that went the extra mile to earn their spot on this years retreat! Keep up the good work!!
