Ian from Direct Energy pops in from time to time to speak with our reps. He goes over quality assurance to make sure everyone has a full understanding of what they need to be doing to be successful with our company. He explains the opportunity and allows our reps to see the big picture.
He provides every employee with the tools not only to get their job done, but to get it done with the highest of quality. He hands out top quality iPads, and gear from Nike.
Ian also had a special announcement and went over the Vegas TPR Competition. Aside from the Vegas Trip we are going on through our corporate office (OSP- One Source Provider) on September 11th, Direct Energy is also rewarding any top performers to go to Vegas again towards the end of September. If you are currently employed here with DMG, that means you are eligible to go to Las Vegas not only once in September, but TWICE.
It is always nice to have Ian from Direct Energy come by to refresh everybody on the opportunities available to them and answer any questions they have.
Everybody is excited about Summer and Fall 2015- DMG will be doing big things, so keep your eye out!!
