Adam started with Dynamic Marketing Group in February and hit the ground running from day one! He proved himself to be a quick learner dedicated worker. We believe he is a true entrepreneur and is willing to put in the extra work to make his goals a reality.
Adam is a Toledo native and started as an account executive with DMG. He quickly got promoted to an Executive Team Trainer, where he helped train new employees and took on more leadership roles around the office. Adam began getting his feet wet with interviewing and managing the office in the morning. This has helped him see the bigger picture and see that there are many growth opportunities available to him.
After pushing through a bitter winter, he was able to build up a team of 5 representatives and train them on the basics. He is now working on building his team to 10 more reps and is aiming for an Assistant Director promotion within the next couple of weeks! His goal is to open his own office by the end of this year!
We believe that with his mindset and work ethic, he is on the right path to making that happen!
