This week DMG has another promotion! Congratulations to Rebekah Freshour on becoming our newest Executive Team Trainer (ETT)!
Rebekah started with DMG in the beginning of July. She trained with one of our top reps and was able to absorb lots of useful information. She applied everything that she learned to the field and was able to become promoted from Account Executive to ETT in just 3 days of going solo!
Rebekah always has a smile on her face and has had a great attitude since day one! Her willingness to learn and grow professionally has helped her be successful with our company. If you have never done marketing or sales, it can be intimidating at first. But she has proved that she can do extremely well in a challenging field.
Here at DMG, we make sure to provide each and every one of our employees with all the tools they need to be successful. We seek individuals that are open minded and have a never-ending willingness to learn, grow and improve. Not only professionally but personally as well.
We are so excited about the recent promotions that have been earned. There is another handful of reps that are also on the verge of a promotion. Keep your eye out for our next newest Executive Team Trainer, Executive Team Leader and Assistant Director! Big things are happening here at DMG!
