Revealing our next TPR (Top Preformers Retreat)

We are excited to announce that our next Top Performers Retreat will be in LAS VEGAS NEVADA!!

The companies top performers will be able to have fun and enjoy time together this September for a long weekend in Vegas!

Now that spring has sprung, we are all working hard to earn a spot on this trip! This will definitely be a trip you don't want to miss out on!

The winners and top performers will be announced at the beginning of August. So stay tuned for more information!!

Announcing Anthony Gerlach: ETT Promotion!!

Anthony Gerlach started with Dynamic Marketing Group less than 2 weeks ago and is already making waves! He was just promoted from Account Executive to Executive Team Trainer in just 10 days!

The Defiance Ohio native moved to Holgate Ohio about a year ago. He lives roughly about an hour outside of Toledo. "The hour long commute to work each day isn't so bad when you're working for an awesome company with a life changing opportunity!"

Anthony is only 21 years old and he plans to retire by the age of 30. His goal here with Dynamic Marketing Group is to be promoted to Assistant Director by October 2015. With his current pace, he should have no problems turning that goal into a reality!!

We are all excited to see Anthony's progress over the next couple of months!!

2015 Top Preformers Retreat Recap!!

Everyone had an amazing time at our Spring 2015 Top Performers Retreat (TPR)!

It was a great way for everyone to relax and take time to reflect on all of the hard work they have done to get them where they are today. So congrats to everybody that went the extra mile to earn their spot on this years retreat! Keep up the good work!!

After pushing through a bitter cold winter and lots of hard work and dedication, we are finally taking off to the Bahamas!!

 

This weekends Top Performers Retreat 2015 (TPR) is on a cruise ship sailing through the beautiful and sunny Bahamas! This will be a great chance for everyone in the company to take a break from reality, relax and really enjoy everyone's company.

 

Our company believes in rewarding its employees for all of their hard work and being good team players. We believe in working hard and playing harder! Our top representatives, team leaders, assistant directors and directors are living proof that if you stay focused and continue to work hard each and every day, you can make your dreams and goals a reality.

 

This weekend will be filled with delicious food & drinks, get skis, swimming with dolphins, relaxation and of course, a beautiful view!!

University of Toledo- Jacob Conine

Here at Dynamic Marketing Group, we believe that having an enthusiastic, motivated, student mentality is one of the keys to success here in our industry. We are a company that gives opportunities to anyone willing to go full force and take it!

With graduation quickly approaching- we wanted to take a minute and recognize one of our most dedicated and hard working employees.

Assistant Director of Dynamic Marketing Group, Jacob Conine, is a student attending full time at The University of Toledo. During his junior and senior year in high school, Jacob got a head start on taking college classes. He attended part time classes at Owens Community College while continuing to juggle his high school classes and keeping up with sports and wrestling. After graduating high school, Jacob began taking classes full time at The University of Toledo.

UT is one of the largest, most progressive schools in the area. It includes more than 100 major buildings with a combined area of more than 1,400 acres and transformed its academic program from a vocational and secondary education, into a comprehensive research university. Jacob has been studying at UT for 3 years now, and will soon be going into his 4th year at the college. He is majoring in Professional Sales and Marketing.

Jacob Conine has been a go-getter since day one with Dynamic Marketing and has had remarkable success with working his way up the ladder, starting as an entry level account executive, to Assistant Director, and soon to be Director. He currently is working side by side with Gerald Stolicker, Office Director, to help manage the office, run morning meetings with all of the reps, train new employees and interview candidates in hopes to find people with a similar, winning mind set.

Jacob will be launching his very own office within the next few weeks. He is proud to be only 21 years of age and already planning for retirement at an early age.

Jacob continues to promote Dynamic Marketing Group to his fellow students, friends and people in the Toledo area. He wants to educate them on the opportunities available to them, and teach them how to successfully turn their goals into a reality. He is living proof that if you stay focused, work hard, and know how to have fun- you CAN and WILL be successful!
