Fast forward to one year later, Gerry’s office has grown from a
small start up to a full blown small business promoting out a second location
to Columbus, Ohio in early February of 2015.
With Gerry’s undying passion for growing his organization his
office has become very familiar with the taste of success. Among the promotion
of an Office Director, Gerry has succeeded in promoting Two Assistant
Directors, Five Executive Team Leaders and an abundant amount of Executive Team
Trainers throughout the span of a year.
One of the most exciting up and comers for DMG is Jacob Conine,
who was promoted to the Assistant Director role in late October of 2014. Jacob
is projected to open his own branch of Dynamic Marketing Group by the end of
the spring, where he will have the opportunity to add another client to his
already impressive resume. “When you
least expect it, something great will come along. Most of the time something
better than you ever planned for. Be patient. Be smart. Stay focused,” Says
Conine.
While every company will have its up and downs, Dynamic Marketing
has continued to grow at a steady pace, allowing for many opportunities to open
up for all their representatives. As Dynamic pushes into the end of the first
quarter of 2015 they continue to further develop their people; by holding
Leadership Development Conferences, Top Performer Retreats and locations such
as Miami, Las Vegas, and soon- the Bahamas!
